A UE4 environment i made for a university assignment. i was responsible for all aspects of the project including all of the assets and materials. The environment is a mess hall/common room area of a large cargo spaceship. I tried to go for a more utilitarian design style which was inspired by the scenes in films and game like Alien and Star Citizen. I also researched real life examples such as the crew-quarters of container ships and aircraft carriers for inspiration.
